Always a great experience the front staff is amazing. Taking care of appointments, billing and payments. They give a great start to a dental appointment. The dental hygienist are friendly, calming and very thorough. I am not a good dental patient. The make the whole experience calming and as soothing as a dental appointment can be made. I’ve been seeing Dr. Cunningham for almost two years and I love her and the entire staff. I started coming here at the recommendation of several of my coworkers who also see her. Since my very first visit they have made me feel like part of a big family, which makes me feel truly cared for and trusting of the dental care I receive. As a 76-year old woman who has been in dentists' offices since childhood for every kind of procedure except braces, they have not been one of my favorite places to visit. HOWEVER! This office and its staff from Dr. Cunningham to the hygienists, to the assistants, to the front desk make it such a loving,caring place to be for dental services that you walk out with a really good feeling and a smile. If you have to have more-extensive work performed than a routine cleaning, you will be treated to a wonderful experience engaging with Donna, Dr. Cunningham's dental assistant. If you have any anxiety about dental work, Donna's lovingly-caring demeanor and competence will put your concerns at ease. For more-routine cleansings, you can't ask for a better staff. Jennifer just performed my latest cleaning and was fantastic. Like all the staff, she is incredibly personable, caring, competent, and thoughtful. My teeth are sensitive, and she took the time before my cleaning to talk to me about which teeth are most sensitive and where. She reviewed my history carefully, and transitioned me expertly when Dr. Cunningham started by exam. Finally, you can do no better than interacting at the front desk with Dawn when you check in and out. She is incredibly personable and positive and always a pleasure to interact with. She has been at the front desk since I started coming in 1998, and it is always a pleasure to see her. Congratulations Dr. Cunningham! I am relatively new to Dr Cunningham's practice; however, I have already noticed several exceptional features. Return appointments can be scheduled directly from the treatment chair. The cooperation among staff and pleasant dispositions result in smooth transition from one phase of each visit to another as well as feeling a genuine interest in my satisfaction. The right dentist and staff!
Dr. Cunningham and her staff are the right fit for me. I previously was a patient of Dr. Bouldin for over 15 years and to be honest I didn't like the idea of his retiring...however it has given me the opportunity to meet Dr. Cunningham. She and I are addressing retained pediatric teeth and she has helped me to understand my options and educated me on the reasons for those options. I appreciate the education as I feel more informed to make sound decisions for my dental care. And the staff is an all-star line up. Cunningham's staff has the greatest super bounce balls. They are behind the counter you have to ask!! Oh, the dentists are not too bad also. Every 6 months to keep those pearly whites, white and cavity free. Very courteous staff every one treats you like family. Which goes not count if you have a unhappy family. If you have a problem that Dr. Cunningham feels, you need to be seen by a specialists. She tells you and defines your issue, than explains why a specialist is necessary. Andrea, the dental hygienist, has a great deal of experience and offers suggestions with instruction on ways to improve problem areas. Dr. Cunningham is genuine, an active member of the dental association, and very knowledgeable in her field of practice. She and her associates have been trained and able to provide the latest techniques "in-house" eliminating referrals and inconvenience to other dental practices.
